I don't want to become a teacher, but a tutor is someone who is there to help and dedicate their time. I worked at a youth association in my hometown. I worked during the after school program. My coworkers and I were assigned to certain age groups to help the kids with their homework. I did not get any feedback from their homework, but they get better and better each day.
