In the eleven years that I worked in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry (before returning to school to complete my four year degree) I was a Sr. Training Specialist at UnumProvident and the Director of Training Development at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. I have experience creating lesson plans, and I am able to adapt my tutoring/teaching approach to account for different learning styles. I have received pedagogical training both in my corporate career as well as through formal classes at Fort Lewis College.
